Exchange authorization is required. Please Email us at email@example.com if you believe the product has been tampered with,
or has failed with reason, simply follow the directions below to return the order within 30 days of purchase date.
Please email us and specify your order number, first and last name, the reason for the return and whether the product has been opened
and/or used. We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error or failure of the product.
