Our return policy

Exchange authorization is required. Please email us at returns@yveschantre.com if you believe the product has been tampered with or has failed with reason. Simply follow the directions below to return the order within 30 days of purchase date. Please specify your order number, first and last name, the reason for the return, and whether the product has been opened and/or used.

We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error or failure of the product. Returns and exchanges must be shipped directly to YvesChantre.com:

• Original order confirmation no. or invoice no.
• Return authorization code
• Reason for exchange

Enjoy free shipping on all United States orders over $150. Shipping to Canada is a flat $32.60; shipping within the United States is $18.60 on orders under $150.
