Exchange authorization is required. Please email us at returns@yveschantre.com if you believe the product has been tampered with or has failed with reason. Simply follow the directions below to return the order within 30 days of purchase date. Please specify your order number, first and last name, the reason for the return, and whether the product has been opened and/or used.
